Booking Policy:
- All appointments must be scheduled through the Vagaro booking app, and a credit card on file is necessary to secure your reservation.
- Please take the time to review each service option carefully and select the one that aligns with your desired outcome. Failure to book the correct service may result in insufficient time for the desired result.
- You may text me if you have questions about what service should be booked or pricing.
Cancellation Policy:
- Appointments canceled within 48 hours or less will incur a 50% service charge.
- Cancellations day of or no-show will result in a 100% service charge and may lead to dismissal as a client.
- Arriving late for an appointment will reduce your service time and could affect the intended outcome, while the full service fee remains payable.
- Tardiness may also lead to last-minute cancellations at the discretion of the provider, resulting in a full service charge without receiving the service.
